Airplane mode only

Im looking for a covert recorder-- nothing on the screen to indicate recording is taking place- but apple requires an indicator. Youll only see the red bar while the phone is unlocked however, so its not a total loss. Big problem is as soon as the phone RECEIVES an incoming CALL the recorder STOPS! Ill have to remember to go into airplane mode or risk losing what Im trying to capture. Ill keep looking for a better recorder, very disappointed with this flaw.
